It seems like only recently that in 2019, at the recommendation of a friend, I attended the “Project Management”, “Business Management”, and “Financial Management” training courses from BPN’s Swiss experts. I would like to express my gratitude to the experts who led the training, Hans Wilhelm and Markus Epper, as well as to my talented colleagues and friends at BPN.
Since November 2019, our team has been participating in the Swiss BPN program, which aims to empower small and medium-sized businesses at the business management level.
I grew up in a business environment, but I realized through the training that I had no business management methods other than the basic principles of honesty and humility in running a business. The training content, role models, and learning about ethical business practices have helped me grow in both my personal development and business management skills, creating real value in my life.
In addition, our team participated in training courses, which was a major incentive for me to improve my professional skills. I am glad that we were able to study online as a team even during the pandemic.
We have also become members of the BPN Mongolian Business Association and are planning to take a business trip to Switzerland in September 2022 to gain experience and receive professional expert advice. We are confident that this trip will be an important milestone for our organization and will be the beginning of another stage of development.
Let us, Mongolian entrepreneurs and business people, be rich in knowledge and experience and develop our beautiful Mongolia together!
